My client, a well-respected Law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Management Assistant to join their team for a Maternity leave cover for a period of 2 years!


The Role:

  • Independently perform general secretarial and organizational tasks.
  • Manage mandate setup (support in conflict checks, fee agreement creation, and AML process).
  • Time tracking for lawyers.
  • Create and edit mandate invoices in our internal billing system in close collaboration with lawyers.
  • Revise and format legal documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in both German and English.
  • Book travel arrangements, including travel expense accounting according to internal guidelines.
  • Expect a varied role in an engaged and collegial team with comprehensive onboarding.


The Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as a foreign language secretary, office management clerk, or comparable commercial qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar assistant role.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools and a willingness to learn additional programs.
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written).
  • Systematic, structured, and independent working style, but also a team player with good time management and enjoyment of diverse tasks.
