Tasks

Responsibilities

You will be the Assistant to 2 Directors and 1 Associate. There is a lot of liaison with London so you will have a lot of people contact. This is an essential role to the success of this team and you will be included in many projects and expect never to have a dull moment or be bored! At the start, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Correspondence in English and German
  • General correspondence for the team
  • Diary management for the team
  • Maintaining company database with deal information
  • Travel expenses and invoices for team
  • Contact with international clients
  • Project work i.e Events, Travel Management or Marketing

Requirements

To succeed in this role your language and communication skills must be first class, you should enjoy supporting a busy but thankful team and have:

  • Fluent German and English (spoken & written)
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Ideally at least 2 years secretarial/assisting experience
