<p>As the new Accounting and Finance Manager, you will act as the Lead Finance person for the German business and will be a key member of the Internal Senior Management Team. You will have direct responsibility for a team of 3.</p>

<li>Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation</li>
<li>Manage cash flow analysis and projections</li>

<li>A business related degree and an interest in economics</li>
<li>Ability to successfully turn cold-called prospects into solid business contacts, however quality Consultative calls are the key to success.</li>
<li>Experience developing relationships with Consumer Goods Enterprises and / or Government Agencies would be ideal</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales gaps</li>
<li>Fluent German and English is essential: further European languages are of advantage</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 30%</li>
