If so , please read on as Euro London Appointment's client , a leading Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) vendor is currently looking for an experienced LIMS Project Manager , to be based remotely in Spain ( any location ) as part of their continuing expansion across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing market leader in their sector in 2023. You would play a pivotal role as a primary liaison between the company and multiple concurrent customers across the Spanish market, working closely with diverse Life Sciences sector clients, are adopting our client's Laboratory Information Management Systems to improve their laboratory processes. You will have full responsibility for all Project Management tasks, including developing, managing and communicating detailed project plans to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget, meeting when required specific specifications. Please see below the responsibilities for the position : *Developing and maintaining project timelines and resources through the project lifecycle. Remaining up to date with potential roadblocks or issues that need addressing , mitigating the risks, facilitating change order procedures as required. Ensures continuous communication with project members. *Establishing effective cross-departmental communication in order to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Interfacing with the customer and internal project teams to convey project issues and get status updates. Ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication with external and internal project resources. *Compiling monthly invoicing reports for each assigned project, along with monthly project status reports and associated client and central files. *Interfacing with Professional Services Managers on project issues including timelines, resource allocations and project issues. *Identifying necessary human resource requirements depending on the needs of the project from inception to delivery. *Assisting with client site audits and gathering necessary project information. *Development and maintenance of a Microsoft Project plan for each assigned project. *Providing project documentation , including meeting agendas, monthly reports, meeting follow-ups and similar documentation. Job qualifications required and preferred *Bachelor's degree in Business , Project Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related area with at least one long-term Project Management experience interfacing with customers in a PM role. *At least one long-term experience in Project Management with a vendor of LIMS software, this is essential. *Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in parallel. *In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Management expertise in project planning and initiation, risk management, critical success factors, project change control, issue management, status reporting and post-project assessment. *Must possess strong client-facing and internal communications skills in Spanish and English.   • Euro London Appointment's client , a leading innovator in Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) for managing scientific and medical research laboratories , is currently looking for experienced Spanish speaking Business Analysts as part of their continuing expansion in the Spanish market and across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing market leader in their sector in 2023, interfacing with a diverse range of clients in the Life Science sector, to understand their user business processes and gather functional requirements. These are required to configure and customise their new SaaS and Cloud based Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). You will be involved in documenting systems processes and procedures for client requirements and new functionality needs. This position involves working independently as well as with other members of our client's professional services team. Together or individually you would analyse and resolve technical project issues relating to functional and design requirements. Key job objectives ( in order of importance) -Gathering , developing and documenting functional business requirements for customer LIMS projects. -Transforming users' requirements into functional requirements using both our client's architecture and functionality. -Liaising with the Configuration Designer and if necessary the Applications Programmers to ensure that the functional requirements and LIMS solutions are properly transferred for configuration and development. -Liaising with the Project Management team to ensure strong communication regarding project timelines, delivery deadline and changes. -Providing assistance and guidance to the client in adding master data to the configuration prior to or during the implementation. -Administration responsibilities. Responsibilities ( not exhaustive ) -Generating consulting revenue coupled with the requirement to ensure that each system configuration is delivered to a high degree of accuracy and within the required timeframe. -Develop and implement appropriate methods for capturing and documenting customer business requirements for system development, third party software integrations and external database interfaces. -Conducting and facilitating customer workshops for information gathering. -Preparing Functional Requirements Specifications. -Collaborating with Project Management on project issues and roadblocks , concerns and -schedules of deliveries. -Acting as a day to day contact for the client during the implementation phase. -Taking responsibility for system reviews and gathering feedback from the client on any required changes. -Executing the Acceptance Test Plan with the customer and documenting all exceptions Working with the PM to ensure that the developed configuration is handed over to the Support Team correctly. Qualifications and requirements -A Bachelors degree in a Life Sciences related subject ( Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine, Pharmacology Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences for example) or a from an Engineering discipline in a Science related field ( Biomedical Engineering or Bioinformatics for example) -A Masters degree in Business Administration is preferred but not essential. -A significant long-term Business /Functional Analyst experience ( or similar) in the LIMS/ LES/ ELN Laboratory technologies sector or in a Life Sciences software vendor organisation. -Relevant LIMS/Life Sciences experience in one of the following sectors is highly regarded : Pharmaceuticals, Medical Diagnostics, Oil and Gas, Food and Beverages, Cancer research , Biobanking or similar. -Strong technical documentation and organizational skills. -Strong communications skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders. -Able to facilitate and lead workshops for client requirements gathering. -Working with a geographically distributed team across different time zones and countries is a plus. -Fluent Spanish and fluent/very advanced English, additionally European languages are advantageous. -Able to travel nationally and internationally ( principally within Spain though ) 20-30% of the time. -Holds a driver's licence.
