This company is hugely developing the German market and as a result is looking for a:   Junior Account Manager Düsseldorf (they also have a Team Lead Position available)   You will be responsible for: Successful Customer Support as well as training and setting up new client accounts. You will train new clients and ensure that customers are happy with the product. Managing clients from the on boarding of new clients till online activation (no cold calling or new business development involved- you only work with clients that have already been acquired/ existing accounts) Assisting clients even after on boarding with questions they may have about the product and ensure they maximise the usage of the product Ensure issues clients may have are dealt with be it by solving it yourself or by turning them to the right contact person You will also have a strategic role to play in the team by being able to influence on new boarding and training methods     Your Profile We are looking for ambitious people who want to learn and grow within a team.
