The role is permanent, will pay up to £70,000 15% bonus and will involve occasional travel to France. As a result you'll also qualify for a £8,000 car allowance. The job will be on a hybrid basis and will involve a mix of office based work in Buckinghamshire and home working. You will be building engagement with the franchisees, ultimately to make them more profitable, listening to their feedback, working internally with all the teams and will help with role outs of new equipment.
