  • SPANISH SPEAKING SALES DIRECTOR The purpose of this role is to drive our client's Overseas business to deliver sustained revenue growth by having end-to-end responsibility from strategy to team leadership and execution. In addition, you will need to help Overseas collaborate effectively with the rest of the business. Our client is a overseas online property portal and makes the process of buying a house abroad easier by connecting home buyers (mostly in the UK) with properties in Europe & the US). This role will allow you to showcase your Spanish/Italian/French/Portugese and other language skills both with the team and customers. Your priorities will be to *Provide commercial leadership by hitting or exceeding revenue targets through the sales & account management team. Primarily this will be by acquiring new customers, optimising pricing, increasing spend and retaining existing customers. In addition, you will grow revenue through identifying and building relationships with the right partners. *Create, coach, train & lead a ~20-person multi-functional team comprised of sales managers, account managers, support & operations specialists (all based in Milton Keynes). Starting by determining the optimal team structure and hiring as necessary to complete the team. Inspire your team by communicating a clear vision of what is expected, role modelling the required behaviours and creating the right environment for your team to deliver against the objectives. We're looking for someone who *Can own & develop the strategy & business plan for the multi-million-pound revenue Overseas business. Successfully increased revenue and market share in a sales environment by setting objectives and measuring performance. *Can speak Spanish and ideally more languages to communicate highly effectively, both written & oral. *Is passionate about understanding customers and will be able to champion the needs of the Overseas customers (agents, developers) and consumer buyers as part of decision making. Experience in a business where technology is a vital part of the customer experience would be a real asset. *Develops priorities for various aspects of the Overseas business including but not limited to the user experience (apps & website), marketing campaigns, events, product & pricing. Then can influence and gain support from the rest of the team to make them happen e.g. features from product & technology, tools from internal systems, etc. *Demonstrates operational management and improvement in a telesales environment, including the right use of tools for example CRM, billing & sales management solutions. Day-to-day managing the workload across the team. *Takes the initiative and able to think independently, identify quickly when off target, act to course correct and to share success where achieved amongst colleagues.   • We are looking for a part time Panel Support Officer to join an award-winning agency in London to start immediately for a fixed term of 9 months. This role is for 14 hours per week and hours must be worked between Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday! This is an ideal position for candidates who are looking to work around other commitments. Please note that there is no option for this role to offer full time or permanent hours so only candidates looking for part time work will be considered. Do you speak English and Indonesian fluently?
