Acting as an ambassador for the business you will be decisive in assessing their needs, guiding them into a phone fix or taking more in-depth remedial action to troubleshoot issues arising on the technology. Knowledge , skills and experience required *A degree in a Life Sciences discipline( Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical engineering) is highly advantageous but not essential if professional experience working with scientific /healthcare /medical diagnostics technologies has been acquired in previous experiences, combined with strong client-facing experience. *Fluent verbal and written French and Dutch/Flemish as well as English ( or a very advanced level for one of the languages , that you wish to improve) is required for the position, to work with international clients. A high level of Spanish in addition to these languages would be beneficial. *Ability to effectively engage with clients ( internal and external). *Pro-active and solutions oriented approach. *Adaptability in a fast-growing and changing environment. *Capacity to develop analytical skills. *Able to work independently as well as within a welcoming medium sized team of 9 Life Sciences Technical specialists. *Good at adapting to change. *A hands-on approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills. *Able to work 4 days a week from our client's office close to Brussels, with 1 day working from home. There may be a transition to 5 days from the office in the New Year.
