Marketing Manager - DACH

Our client is an international medical technology company focused on women’s health and beauty. With a presence in 15 countries and more than 5,500 employees globally, they are consistently growing stronger and further in Germany and the DACH region.

We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to be focused on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market. Although the company has offices across Germany, this role is offered as 100% remote and can be based from a home-office anywhere in Germany. The role is a maternity leave cover and as such is limited to 12 months.

Maternity leave – 12-month contract / 100% remote anywhere in Germany

 

As the new Marketing Manager - DACH, you will work closely together with the Senior Marketing Manager DACH and together you will be responsible for all aspects of development, execution, monitoring and reporting of the marketing strategy for the DACH region. This will include creating marketing strategies, communication strategies, new product introductions and market development.

Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and implement new product launch marketing plans
  • Be responsible for strategic marketing projects within the DACH region
  • Collaborate with your counterparts in EMEA and align the marketing plans and strategy accordingly
  • Budgets responsibility
  • Oversee the creation, communication and promotion of content relevant to your customer segment and region

 

Your qualifications and experiences

  • Experience working in a similar marketing generalist
  • Ideally coming for a background in medical devices/ technology, pharma or other related industries
  • Marketing qualification is desired
  • Knowledge and understanding of the DACH market and its healthcare industry
  • Good understanding of both classic marketing as well as digital and social media
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Fluent German and a high level of English
