Junior Account Manager

We are working together with one of the most well- known business psychology providers (personality assessment) to look for a Junior Account Manager to be in charge of their German and DACH region clients. This is a role that comes with a lot of responsibility but at the same time gives you a multi-faceted job and a chance to be a part of the strategy team not just the executioner. This is a fully remote role and you can be based anywhere in Germany.


Junior Account Manager (f/m/d)

Permanent role / 100% remote anywhere in Germany

As the new Junior Account Manager you will be selling the company’s products and services B2B to companies in all different sectors and industries and in all different sizes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients across the DACH region
  • Account Management – managing existing accounts (ca. 90%)
  • Business Development- acquiring new clients (ca. 10%)
  • To support marketing events and activities
  • To provide operational, sales and marketing support in relation to training programmes
  • To take on a strategical role to increase regional sales growth
  • Some travel to clients and fairs within the DACH region (when it is appropriate and safe to do so again)


Your profile:

  • First experience of the complete B2B sales process from lead generation to closing. At least one year would be ideal
  • Business fluent level of German and English are essential
  • Bachelor degree in business or related subjects or similar educational level is of advantage
  • The ability to work independently and client oriented.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Working in an international environment with international clients and colleagues is something you really enjoy!


This is a fully remote role, and you can be based anywhere in Germany. The company will of course provide you with all the equipment you need for a fully functioning home-office.
