Senior Account Manager

Our client is the global leading provider of cyber security trainings and certifications. With offices across the world and business growing steadily, they are now recruiting for their German team, a Senior Account Manager to be based from a home-office ideally somewhere in the South of Germany. This is a permanent and unlimited contract.

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Senior Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to increase revenue within the existing commercial enterprise client base. You will be developing and cultivation the relationships with these accounts and identifying new business potential within them.

Other day-to-day duties will include:

  • Up-sell and cross sell and find new business opportunities within your accounts
  • Responsible for the management and growth of the existing key clients
  • Be the point of contact for your assigned accounts
  • Be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the forecasting
  • Support marketing campaigns involving your accounts
  • Network across the enterprise sectors and attend industry events
  • Be an efficient expert on the companies products

 

Your profile

As the new Senior Account Manager, you will have experience in a similar type of field based account management role.

You have the following key skills

  • Previous experience selling within large corporations and developing new business within existing accounts
  • Experience selling a service such as trainings or consultancy is an advantage
  • You will be selling to C-Level Stakeholders so essential is the ability to speak their language
  • Experience and/ or knowledge in cyber security is of advantage, but to a necessity
  • Fluency in both German & English is a must, German needs to be business fluent as you will be selling in German.
  • You have previous worked to targets and have a proven track record of sales achievement
  • You are based in the South of Germany somewhere between Frankfurt am Main and Munich and happy to work from a home-office
  • You are someone who is looking for a next step that is going to be long term.
