Our client is an international information solutions provider for the finance sector. Their team in Frankfurt is currently recruiting for a Sales Relationship manager to join their team. Senior Relationship Manager - French

Full-time, Permanent, Frankfurt

The role:

Your role will primarily involve looking after Accounts and selling in to the Sub Saharan/north African markets. Your clients will be financial institutions, banks, corporate companies, local and regional government established clients and your responsibilities will be as follows:

 

  • First point of contact for all client queries
  • Delegating tasks to junior support staff
  • Keeping in touch with clients via telephone/email
  • Meetings clients on a regular basis
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Working closely with the Business Development department to ensure smooth transfer
  • Provide regular market feedback to Head
  • Meeting Cross-selling targets
  • Managing pricing and implementing increases
  • Responsible to follow up on unpaid invoices

 

The Requirements:

My client is looking for a candidate who has ideally at least 4 years experience in an Sales/account management/relationship management position. This role will require frequent travel, so you should be open and flexible. Other requirements include:

  • A degree level qualification, preferably gained in a finance or numerical discipline
  • Fluent French and English essential (any other European language a plus)
  • Experience of working in financial services industry or public sector.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, yet integrate appropriately with the team and other areas
  • Comfortable presenting to senior management
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to influence key decision makers
  • High level of commitment
  • Highly organised
