An international marketing SaaS company are growing their team in Germany further. They are recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to help grow and develop the DACH market. The role is a permanent, full time position, based in the centrally located Frankfurt am Main office. There is a possibility to work partly from home and partly from the office.

 Your Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive – DACH will be responsible for building the business within the DACH region and further growing the market share of this exiting marketing SaaS company. You will be selling a complex software solution to c-level contacts in companies across different industries. With sales cycles of between 6-18 months, it is essential that you have the ability and patience to develop long-term business.  

You will be tasked with the following:

  • Build a territory plan and work consistently to target
  • You will be responsible for generating and closing new business (you are assisted with lead generation from a SDR team)
  • Consultative sales towards your clients by selling a solution consisting of both the product and the service
  • Work closely together with your colleagues from all departments when putting together the best solution for the client based on its needs
  • Build relationships within your clients in order to penetrate further within the organisation
  • Work with business leaders on forecasting and ensure sales reporting is up to date

 

Your Qualities

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Prior experience in a similar SaaS sales role
  • You have previously worked to targets and have a proven track record of sales achievements
  • A passion for Marketing and Technology is of advantage
  • Experience in a commercial B2B environment
  • Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communications skills
  • You are someone who is looking for a next step that is going to be long term
