Sales Specialist (m/f/d) - Medical Devices (Bonn/ Cologne)

I am partnering with an international medical devices company and recruiting a Sales Specialist – Field Sales. With a presence in 15 countries and almost 6.000 employees globally, they are now growing their team in Germany further.

As the new Sales Specialist your territory will include the cities and area between Bonn, Cologne,  Koblenz and Trier. The role is 100% remote from a home-office and should be located within this region. As it is a field sales role, you would be travelling to clients ca. 3-4 days/ week and the rest home-office.

Permanent Position / home-office (Bonn/ Cologne / Koblenz/ Trier)


As the new Sales Specialist it will be your responsibility to generate business and sales through acquiring new customers and clients. Your clients will be hospitals, clinics, surgeries etc.

Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and contacts with new clients
  • Identify and establish long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Consult and meet with the clients to discuss their needs
  • Planning and executing the sales strategy for your region
  • Build a portfolio of satisfied clients
  • Attend trade shows and events and promote the products to customers


Your qualifications and experiences

  • Experience working in a similar field sales role in a B2B
  • Ideally experience within medical devices, pharma, biotechnology etc. but it is not a must. Happy to also see “Quereinsteiger”
  • Experience gaining new business and building a pipeline
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel (valid driver’s licence)
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Fluent German and a good level of English
