User Support Technician

Our client, a major Medical Technology player focusing on women’s beauty and health is looking for a L1-L2 User Support Technician. This is a 12-month contract role, based in Wiesbaden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loaner laptop and projector management
  • Hardware procurement, inventory, disposal support
  • IS Help Desk phone support (On rotating basis)
  • Account Management advanced support
  • Assist with managing standard process/procedures
  • Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance

Key Requirements:

  • Between 3-5 years’ experience in IS Help Desk support
  • Laptop/Printer Hardware advanced knowledge
  • General Networking and Wireless environment understanding skills
  • Experience in Windows 7 & 10 experience, Microsoft Office 2016 / Office 365 or above experience
  • Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange experience
  • Mobile Device support experience (iOS preferred)
  • Desktop support tools advanced knowledge
  • Able to resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately; contacts vendors as needed
  • Fluent in both English and German language (C1 Level)
