Euro London is working with a leading company in data and consulting who helps International clients understand people and inspire growth, who are seeking a bilingual and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team in supporting their client.
As a Senior Research Executive on the Client Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring delivery of the project measurement through supporting external and internal stakeholders with data analysis and storytelling, change management, and development of processes and tools. - This role can be performed from anywhere in the UK!

* Create and deliver regular presentations to the client.
* Investigate and respond to queries from the client, including data investigation and analysis.
* Support measurement processes (e.g. design changes, penalty calculations, panel integrity cases).
* Create and deliver KPI reports to demonstrate performance and highlight areas for improvement.
* Carry out regular financial processes (e.g. billing, recharges, job commissioning) and reporting processes (e.g. DMF, deliverable tracking).
* Oversee changes of scope from request/proposal to implementation.
* Identify and deliver process optimisation opportunities.
* Manage stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely delivery of changes.
* Work with the innovation team to ensure the smooth delivery of any IT changes.

Requirements:
 Business fluency in spoken and written English. Any additional languages are desirable.
 Professional experience with PowerPoint presentations.
* Intermediate level in Excel and Word.
 Organised and proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
 Data analysis skills.
 Working knowledge in SQL scripts, V-lookups or Pivot Tables.
