We are currently recruiting for an exciting new Customer Service / Receptionist role -
this position currently operates on a hybrid policy with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office in Manchester. However, this is changing towards a more flexible working policy in July, when employees can come to the office twice a month, or more if they so wish!

The responsibilities for this role will include managing the front desk, welcoming clients, organising meetings and working internationally with other offices.

What we're looking for:
* Previous customer service experience (ideally in 4*-5* hotels or high end brands)
* Exceptional communication and social skills
* An empathetic and proactive attitude
