Sales Administrator - Logistics
I am pleased to be working in partnership with an exciting global International Trade Consultancy company who is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for their Industrial Textiles division.
The ideal candidate will be based in London and be able to commute to the office in Central London as well as having a good knowledge of coordinating logistics and processing accounts data.
Being part of a small team, you will support both the sales and marketing functions.
*Coordinating the importing, exporting and storage of goods.
*Administration of all end-to-end documents including sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices.
*Data entry into SAP.
*Ensuring accurate stock control.
*Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time.
*Monitoring credit limits and ensuring that limits are not exceeded.
*Monitoring FOREX booking balance.
*Support with new business development for new products.
*Ad hoc administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
*Relevant experience of import/export and logistics.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Cooperative, flexible and "Can do" attitude.
*Accurate and proven numerical skills.
*Strong Excel skills.
*Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines.
*Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
*Fluent second foreign language.
