Euro London Appointments have the privilege of supporting a very prestigious Investment firm with their search for a German speaking PA to join them and support their Chairman and wider office.

This role requires a lot of personal PA duties and so would be best suited to a PA who has primarily supported individuals on a personal basis rather than a structured, corporate environment.

We are looking for someone who is highly flexible and adaptable in the work they do as alongside the standard PA office related duties, you will also be the 'go to' person for all aspects of the Chairman's personal affairs and so it is imperative that you can demonstrate strong previous experience in this.

Based in the office, the team work very closely together and you will be an integral part of the company's goals by showing a willingness to be adaptable to take on all possible ad hoc duties as and when required,

This is an extremely interesting and rewarding position for someone who wants to use their 'can do' attitude to help in a multitude of different ways, who can think outside the box and for someone who is motivated by an ever changing environment.

Full details of the position will be disclosed during the screening process but typical duties will include:

* Executive level Diary management including coordinating schedules, meetings, appointments, agendas

* Extensive private Executive Assistant duties as and when required

* Coordinate travel (domestic and international)

* Take meetings and report back with detailed actions and minutes

* Manage, oversee and support office moves, internal restructuring

* Assisting in all office managerial duties

* Interview and hire staff when needed

* Maintain and oversee budgets and payment of expenses

* Arrange events including company and client events

* Additional project work as and when required.

Successful candidates will have extensive PA experience of at least 10 years, with a clear demonstration of having supporting individuals with private duties primarily.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be able to speak, read and write in German and English to native level.
