German AND Dutch Account Manager

This is an opportunity to work for a large and international company that provide administration services for construction and agricultural equipment worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

*Deal and log all Warranty enquiries in a timely manner
*Refer quotations falling outside published rates to the relevant teams
*Process warranty documentation
*Assist with developing warranty database and websites
*Attending manufacturer and dealer visits within the UK as well as abroad
*Maintaining the Warranty Database with all current information contacts/quotes/dealer logs.
*Monitoring and chasing outstanding invoices
*Translation of dealer guides, coverage sheets, Terms & Conditions, Marketing Materials, and claims queries
*Liaise with claims engineers regarding dealer queries, repair issues, claims/appeals processes
*Assisting dealerships regarding the accessing of their extended warranty websites, training dealers regarding the use of the extended warranty websites

Key skills:

*Fluency in German and Dutch (written and spoken)
*Good knowledge of MS Office
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients
*Ability to prioritise and organise workload
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
