English and German speaking PA/Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well known Retailer as a German and English speaking PA supporting the MD and the business owner of a small chain of retail outlets.



This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking to work as part of a close knit team and be able to get involved in lots of different aspects of the company.



We are looking for an experienced PA or office based administrator to primarily support the two senior heads of the company but with the use of your German skills to be able to help with German based queries too. They are small team of 10-12 in the office in London but have retail outlets across The UK, Germany and Amsterdam.



This is very much a "doer" role! Someone who is happy to deviate from your job spec.


Typical responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:

Diary management.
Booking/arranging meetings and interviews.
Contacting suppliers, procurement, and product research.
Updating online channels.
Collating reports.
Other administration duties for two directors as well as other management.


This is a Permanent, full-time position and requires someone to work from the office in central London 5 days per week.


Remote working is not an option for this role.


Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm or 9:30pm - 5:30pm)
