Euro London Appointments have the privilege of supporting a very prestigious Investment firm with their search for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to join them and support a team of 2-3 Executives within the Financial Industry and Private Equity.

This role requires a lot of experience in a PA/EA position to deal with a fast-paced environment, scheduling meetings, travel and coordinating multiple mail boxes. You will be part of a wide team of other Executive Assistants that collaborate and support each other on day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for someone who is highly flexible and adaptable in an corporate environment, alongside the standard PA office related duties.

Full details of the position will be disclosed during the screening process but typical duties will include:

* Executive level Diary management including coordinating schedules, meetings, appointments, agendas

* Coordinate travel (domestic and international)

* Take meetings and report back with detailed actions and minutes

* Additional project work as and when required.

Successful candidates will have extensive PA experience of at least 5 years, with a clear demonstration of having supporting individuals at an Executive level.

Please note that this role will initially start from home but will return to full time in the office when safe to do so.
