You'll have the same tools of course but as you're breaking new ground in France from the Central London HQ, you'll need to be happy hunting for new business, having fresh conversations with senior commercial heads daily and closing them as new clients. The environment is unique; entrepreneur led and social, fast growth (2 to 40 in 2 years) but no one is a number. Team fit is on a par with experience when it comes to selection here as having a good time while you make money and grow the business is a must for this team. You'll speak and write French to a level of fluency that will get business deals done as well as fluent English. Sales experience is preferred but if you have the right attitude and skills, we can still talk.
The commission structure's good but as this is market entry they're realistic about year one and expect you to add about 10k to a base between 24-45k dependent on your career path so far. Year two could explode and a team could be built around you.
