They're looking for a fast learner who'll be quick to understand the value of their products and services and articulate it effectively to potential customers in English and French in a 360 full sales cycle role covering the UK, France, Benelux and Switzerland. This is a new business development role; you'll be finding problems to solve and scheduling calls with key decision makers. You'll have experience and bring some proven skills to the team but also be open minded, coachable and hungry to prove yourself and your capabilities all over again. The aforementioned rewards are not limited to the financial (€40-50k basic performance based commission and bonuses); you'd be arriving in a positive, progressive, start-up group and joining a growing multilingual team led by inspiring mentors.
