Japanese speaking Conference Assistant

*Temporary role until the end of May with the possibility of a permanent contract*
*Central London*

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for Japanese speakers with an interest in events.

Working alongside the Conference Production team, we are looking for a Japanese speaker to assist in the organisation of a leading Pharmaceutical conference in Japan.

You will be responsible for identifying and inviting speakers and delegates to this event and ensuring they have all the information needed to be able to attend.

You will be working from an existing contact list as well as using LinkedIn, the phone and relevant industry contact lists to identify new potential speakers.

This fantastic opportunity will also include a trip to Japan in May to attend the event.

This role will give the successful candidate great exposure to the world of events and you would have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's leading experts!

Candidates must be fluent in Japanese and English and must be able to travel to Japan.
Previous experience in events or phone based research would be ideal.
