Are you an experienced Temps recruiter currently working as Senior Consultant but you're ready for more?

The Temporaries division of Euro London Appointments is the consistent leader of our European offices. Ever progressing and exceeding expectations, we are looking for an ambitious recruiter to join the division and work closely with the Country Director to lead our Regional Temporaries division to support continued growth and success in this area.

This is a billing leadership position which reports in to our UK Country Director and will focus on recruiting for multilingual Temporary roles across the UK whilst leading a team of specialist Temporaries Consultants. This division recruits for temporary positions in Marketing, Sales, Administrative Support, Customer Services and beyond across a variety of exciting industries from tech companies, leading retail brands, media and marketing brands and financial services giving you a wide range of opportunities available to candidates with multilingual skills.

What you will be doing:
o Day to day management, setting of weekly and daily Targets and Objectives and training of resourcers and consultants
o Recruit new potential team members for the team alongside the Country Director
o Assist in employee appraisals along with the Country Director
o Building an in-depth knowledge of your sector
o Identify, target and qualify potential candidates for your market
o Interviewing and presenting candidates to clients
o Source job leads and convert to job orders for your team and your own desk
o Presentation of terms of business to clients
o Arranging client visits to win new business and build relationships for your own desk and that of your team
o Secure repeat business for your own desk and that of your team
o Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include briefing, debriefing, offer negotiation and dealing with counter offers
o Collect and evaluate statistical information relating to own performance and that of your team with the support of the Country Director
o Plan business strategies around this information for your own desk and that of your team with the support of the Country Director
o Creating quarterly business plans for your own desk and assisting your team members with their business plans along with the support of the Country Director

What you'll need:
o Fluency in English and a high standard of language ability in another European language
o A proven sales track record are essential to lead from the front and to keep up with our consultants
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o The tenacity and passion to succeed and surpass high targets
o Hard-working and ambitious

About: I have been at Euro London since I graduated from a Combined Modern Languages degree in 2009 and have worked my way up from a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to Senior Manager of our Temporaries Divisions & Permanent Call Centre and Customer Services Divisions. I love to travel and my favourite type of holiday is hiking mountains in Canada. I have a lot to thank Euro London for as I also met my husband here!
