Head of New Business Development

Real new business developers are often labelled hunters; they're expected to seek opportunities, take the shot, enjoy the kill and feast on the rewards. This role will head up an international team responsible for originating, developing and closing - full cycle deal makers. You'll be a proven player/coach and a pace setter, committed to achieving individual quota and inspiring team performance. You'll also work in a genuinely grown up environment in terms of flexibility, balance and autonomy with clear career development plans.

Strategic and consultative, you'll be taking full ownership of the international new business drive during a key phase of growth and will map out opportunities to increase sales, help to generate new leads in partnership with sales development and close deals, often with household name companies, while coaching and leading others to do the same. This is a unique opportunity to help businesses keep consumers, employees and the general public safe, potentially even saving lives.

You'll be a native level speaker of English and be a high quality communicator. You'll also be able to demonstrate achievements in new business development and growing sales across the UK, Europe and beyond. Language skills also welcome, German and French in particular.

You'll join and lead a collaborative, energetic, proactive and dispersed team and be well rewarded for your success; basic to £75k commission/bonus and a variety of benefits tailored to suit you.
