Head of Marketing - Southern Europe - Italian Speaking

An unrivaled opportunity to head up marketing across a key region for an innovator in retail experience. The task here is to drive footfall, loyalty and ultimately sales through delivering regional and local strategies across key channels (ATL, BTL. Digital and traditional) and across territories; in this case Italy and Southern Europe (fluent written and spoken Italian and English essential).

Commercially minded and able to combine creativity and analysis to deliver value from an expanded budget, you'll also artfully walk the lines between pro activity and purpose and process and technical skill; finesse and technique; the local and the regional. You'll also be an adaptable and influential communicator, presenter and rapport builder in both English and Italian, able to influence external partners and internal stakeholders alike and engage and lead across agency relationships.

You'll be a career marketer and have already led at Head of level, taking full responsibility for a multi million Pound or Euro budget. You'll also be able to demonstrate the ability to work internationally, understanding the need to localize and adapt accordingly across multiple markets. You'll want to positively challenge the status quo and have the curiosity to uncover areas for improvement across the marketing and customer experience efforts. Making a difference is encouraged.
