This role will take responsibility for doing that within a flexible, positive culture in in Central London (2-3 days per week in the office currently). Following initial training and mentoring, you'll independently and organically develop existing relationships, spotting opportunities to propose new products and initiatives that will make a difference and being hands on through the delivery of creative advertising solutions. You'll also find opportunities to pitch, present and tender for new projects and partnerships to grow your portfolio. You'll be confident writing compelling proposals and making impactful presentations in both native level German and fluent English. The first questions asked will be how you've demonstrated the capability to sell through your communication skills, ability to deliver a clear message, negotiate and close. Success in sales and account management is a must here alongside the above. An interest or experience in advertising is a big plus, as is some experience working with public sector partners. A basic salary of up to £45k is on offer for the right person and there is a bonus and benefits package on top as well as a warm welcome, collaborative culture and quality product and service. Operating a hybrid work model (3 days from home per week, 2 days in the London office, regular travel) The event brings major global brands and SMEs together and key decisions that affect our everyday experiences as consumers will be made there. You'll be adaptable, flexible and thrive on quick evolution and change. An outstanding communicator in fluent German and English who can listen, understand and deliver value to potential and existing partners who will challenge and question consistently. You'll be building long-term relationships here, not aiming for quick wins. Above all, you'll be confident in your ability to sell; you'll qualify, pitch and close five and six figure deals as part of a close team that pulls together to make their event a success. Industry experience isn't necessary but you will be able to demonstrate success in a client facing, commercial role. You'll also have German market experience as well as fluent written and spoken German language skills; you'll know what works in Germany and how decisions are made. Financial rewards are a given for this type of role (£50-55k base, £75-80k OTE).
