*Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements, follow up and qualify new prospects and customers from marketing-generated leads.
*Work closely with Inside Sales/ Partner Business Manager teams to determine strategic approach.
*Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
*Build and develop initial customer relationships.
*Be a key member and contributor to the EMEA sales teams.
*Maintain current and accurate account and contact information within internal databases.
*Actively promote clients' virtualisation suite of solutions, products, and services to prospects and customers.
*Promote, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's products and services, industry trends, and competition.
*Produce reports as necessary.
*Support the drive to create Opportunities coming from Marketing Qualified Leads.
*Solution selling to the existing client's customer base.
*Follow up and qualify new prospects from marketing-generated leads.
*Disseminate potential opportunities to appropriate Partners and Reps, educating Rep as necessary about the opportunity
*Meet or exceed assigned lead metric goals.
*Fluent in German (written and spoken)
*Experienced in working in a busy multicultural environment
*Knowledge of IT infrastructure
*High energy and positive attitude.
*A persistent, self-starter with a track record for success
*Credible follow-up and cold calling experience to multiple executive levels within an organisation Technology or similar industry experience preferred
*Pre-call planning, outbound, proactive calling and skills for opportunity qualification and objection handling
*A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
*Experience and success working within a lead quota and commission structure
*Positive and energetic phone skills , listening, and writing skills
*Ability to multi-task and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
*The highest level of integrity
*Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
*At least basic understanding of computing technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers
*Sales training, Salesforce.com experience a plus
*A minimum of 1-2 years telesales outbound / inbound experience, targeting the IT or Technology Industry
*Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
*Must demonstrate proven track record in achieving inbound/outbound sales targets
*Experience in CRM / Databases
*Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet navigation and contact management software
*Experience in relation building, social networking, team player
*Good time management and organisational skills
