Are you a German or French speaker with experience in sales/business development? Would you like to work remotely for one of the leading global strategic, environmental, and engineering consulting companies?
The main purpose of this role is to research existing company lists, to identify multiple points of contact and to prospect specific business solution related to chemical regulation. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6 months with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The pay rate is between £20-£25 p/h depending on experience.
Prospecting at volume, c. 30-40 targeted outreaches a day (as part of a well-structured cadence)
Demonstrable creating and applying prospecting cadences
Demonstrable success against prospecting targets / metrics
Researching existing company lists, identifying multiple personas and targeting them all in a planned way (and identifying contact details)
Experience prospecting within the geography
Experience within a similar sales environment (chemical sector, regulatory or sustainability experience, etc.)
Experience establishing and implementing ongoing nurturing approaches for prospects until they are in a position to act
Skills and behaviours
Self-driven, motivated and hungry to success in a prospecting sales environment
Confidence in speaking to high numbers of people without existing relationships
Motivated working remote with limited engagement with wider teams
Comfortable with taking a technical concept and explaining this to the prospect
Strong time management skills to ensure targets are achieved
Fluency in German or French English is essential
