Joining this established SaaS company as a Customer Success Manager, you will need to be well-versed in establishing relationships with brand partners withing the DACH region. You will also have a strong understanding of managing marketing campaigns and are able to demonstrate different marketing strategies that will effectively lead to client success.

Your duties will include B2B support to their clients and finding solutions to their queries, as well as assisting with any issues, onboarding new clients, product demonstration and maintaining relationships.
Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and an interest in technology and marketing is a must! Experience in a similar role is needed, along with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
