Are you an experienced Export Sales Executive, or an Export Administrator looking for the next step in our career?

Reporting to the Head of Export, you will be responsible for supporting the Export Function and developing European Sales.


Responsibilities include:Updating the company database with customer information changes and adding new
customer details.
Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
To ensure all prices, administration and customer records are maintained.
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure goods arrive in a timely fashion.
Forward special delivery instruction to warehouse via export delivery document in order to meet customers special delivery requirements.
Negotiate contract costs with freight companies for all exports.
Input export orders, deal with order confirmation.
To quote prices to customers in the Head of Exports absence.
To deal with sample requests and follow them up.
Carry out projects with the supervision of the Head of Export.
Responsible for analysing and reviewing sales data.
Generate own sales leads through Market research.
Perform outbound calls to prospective customers (prospects) to identify and create sales opportunities.
To generate new business both from new and existing customers.
Responsible for developing new business with-in existing accounts for new line sales.
Identify sales opportunities and present appropriate products.
Ensure the correct maintenance of follow-up procedures and standard measures to potential clients.
Timetable and perform follow-up-calls in response to requests for information.

We are seeking applicants with;
Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in either Export Sales or Export Administration (with a desire to move in to an Export Sales environment).
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
MS Office.
