Conference Producer - Portuguese speaking

A global leading business seeks an outstanding Portuguese speaking Conference Producer to join their highly talented team of event professionals.

The Conference Producer's responsibility is to deliver all aspects of the conference, as the main owner of content, the product, and relationships within the industry, including all aspects of the programme life cycle.
*Growth and management of new and existing relationships with relevant market stakeholders, including industry leaders, partner organisations, vendors, and the media
* Managing and directing the clients busy events portfolio, which aims to increase and develop the clients global reach and impact in line with the strategic priorities
* Working closely with colleagues to guide on the most engaging and fitting event formats, help form agendas and content, and secure internationally renowned high-profile speakers to achieve recognized event outcomes
* Strengthen and increase business development opportunities by creating compelling convening propositions
* Diligently deliver events to time, cost and quality

For this role you must be:
* Fluent to Native level in Portuguese
* Substantial experience in a similar position.
* Noticeable knowledge of helping form the content of events
* Experience of identifying, securing and updating high profile speakers
* Proven track record of delivering high-level events at a national and international level
* Significant communications experience
* Track-record in project management
* Excellent networking and information gathering abilities
