The purpose of the role is to build up a solid client base of both new and repeat customers throughout the industry.
As a Business Development Executive you will also work on a team alongside our External Sales Executives assisting them in their day to day activities on jointly assigned accounts. The successful candidate will also be expected to generate new leads and build relationships with new potential customers to achieve new business development targets. The Internal Sales office is a very fast paced sales environment, so you must thrive in working well under pressure, be focused on identifying Sales opportunities, and must have a professional outlook.
Some of your main duties will include:
Qualifying new leads from marketing campaigns and generating new leads from market research
* Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
* Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
* Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Order processing and Tracking of goods from Sale to delivery
* Maintain monthly order book by achieving the daily/monthly Sales Team target with new and repeat orders;
* Build and develop key customer relationships;
* Handle inbound and outbound telephone enquiries from customer base regarding sales orders, technical issues and deliveries;
Candidates need to be fluent in German and English and have previous B2B experience within a customer focused role. You will be dynamic and persuasive with an excellent phone manager and good business acumen level. The role is to start asap, ideally in July. Excellent working environment and remuneration package.
