My client, an international firm is searching for an Assistant to support the management in Frankfurt.

The role

A varied and challenging role awaits you that includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:

  • Proactive support of the CEO with day to day business
  • Independent development and execution of projects
  • Responsible for Public relations
  • Central point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
  • Diary management and travel planning
  • Internal and External Correspondence in English and German
  • Working independently on general administrative tasks
  • Preparation of presentation materials 
  • Project and issue related special tasks
  • Organisation of meetings and events


Your Profile:

In terms of qualifications and experience I am looking for:

  • completed a commercial degree as a Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in, Europasekretär/in, Kaufmann/frau für Bürokommunikation or similar
  • alternatively a relevant university degree e.g.  in Business Administration
  • Work experience (post education) in a similar position

Regarding skills and personality I am looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Very good English and excellent German language skills
  • Service orientated, highly motivated and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • A highly trustworthy personality
  • Well able to stay calm under pressure and in stressful situations
