Senior Sales Manager - Norway

Our client is a French start up in the development of innovative products and services for the aquaculture business and environmental monitoring. Their AI innovative devices allow aquafarmers to control the quality of their water 24/7 and government institutions to protect the ecosystem of seas, rivers, or lakes.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to launch and develop their business in Norway. You will begin by working as an independent contractor and then transition to a permanent salaried role.



  • New business development of key accounts in the aquaculture sector in Norway
  • Key account management
  • Strategy development for the Norwegian market
  • Attend marketing events and seminars
  • Reporting into the French head office


Profile required:

  • At least 5-10 years of successful sales experience in the field of aquaculture / water management solutions in Norway and ideally internationally.
  • Knowledge / experience in a start-up environment
  • Drive for sales and new business development. Passionate about customer negotiations.
  • Excellent command of English. Fluency in French is a plus but not essential.


Remuneration: Basic of 60-80K€, commission of 20K€. Package 100K€
