Our client, a leading international business school, is looking to recruit a business development executive to build relationships with international universities and alumni in order to attract and recruit students to their post graduate business degree programmes. You will have a particular focus on creating partnerships and attending career fairs with universities in UK, France, Northern Europe and Eastern Europe. You will travel 2-3 times per month. Fluency in English and French is essential. You will develop and implement all business development and sales activities in order to meet objectives in terms of application volume, diversity and quality of candidates. Key Responsibilities: Work on the recruitment and the events strategy. Set, define and execute physical and online events. This includes sourcing hosts and faculty, supervising event organization, ensuring sufficient alumni representation, sending follow up to participants, presenting and moderate at the events (e.g. Information sessions, Masterclasses, one-to-one meeting, networking events etc.). Build strategic partnerships to drive recruitment of students. Build, nurture and maintain individual/personalised relationships with prospective candidates (one-on-one /group meetings, follow up calls, etc). Profile required: Solid experience in student recruitment / sales, if possible in higher education. Sales recruitment experience in other sectors can also be considered. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable to run in-person or online presentations in front of diverse audiences of both students and young professionals.
