Notre client est une société spécialiste du système d’alarme anti-intrusion. Fort de son succès, détenant un réseau de partenaires dans plus de 35 pays, cette société recherche pour son département commercial un / une Ingénieur Support  parlant couramment  français et anglais (obligatoire) pour s’occuper du marché international. 

 

Responsabilités principales

 

· Rattaché(e) au service technique (équipe d’ingénieurs), votre mission est d'assister les clients dans la mise en service et le déploiement des solutions de sécurité, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié(e) des clients pour tous besoins d'assistance technique,

· Assurez la continuité et le maintien du bon fonctionnement des solutions proposées (y compris sur les applications mobiles),

· Diagnostiquez les pannes techniques et offrez des solutions adaptées,

· Conseillez les clients dans l'utilisation d'équipements complexes de haute technologie,

· Suite aux demandes client, vous assurerez les réponses techniques sur l'ensemble de la

gamme de produits,

· Vous êtes capable de gérer la formation de nos clients et partenaires sur les différents aspects de la solution.

· Vous collaborerez avec un Sales Manager en binôme sur le terrain.  Des voyages à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

 

Profil requis :

  • Profil jeune diplômé accepté avec une formation technique Bac +3 à 5 dans les domaines génie électrique, électrotechnique, informatique, mécanique, mesures, ou équivalent,

  • Vous maîtrisez l'outil informatique (et appréciez le travail avec les applications mobile), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience en expertise technique ou stages significatifs.

Langues :

· La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais oral et écrit sont obligatoire pour ce poste.
