Our client is seeking a trilingual French, German and English Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Within the Client Service & Quality department, you will provide a high level of after sales care to international customers:

  • Provide information and assistance to clients in Germany, France and other countries
  • Interface between clients and technicians
  • Prepare quotes
  • Order management and guarantee follow up
  • Track shipment of goods and customs formalities
  • Stock management
  • Invoicing and follow up of payments

Profile required:

  • Trilingual German, French, English
  • Previous experience in a sales admin role in an international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good sense of client service

 

Salary: 30-36K€ + prime de participation conséquente (en moyenne, à peu près 3 mois de salaire), TR 9€ pris en charge à 60% par la Direction, CE, évolution annuelle de salaire entre 3 et 5%
