Our client is internationally leading provider of order-to-cash solutions for end customer-oriented industries operating across 85 locations in over 20 countries. Their international B2B customer support team is looking for a French speaking customer support specialist to manage enquires from (Bio) pharma and medical sector. 


  • Provide competent client support by managing customer requests via phone and e-mails in French and English (or German)
  • Assist clients in their delivery and order process while working closely with the logistics team
  • Process complaints and handle returns
  • Coordinate transport planning and export of goods
  • Prepare reports
  • Update and maintain client and order data in the SAP system


  • Motivated and multilingual with a completed commercial education
  • Previous professional experience in an international environment, preferably in Customer Care/Support, Call Center, Administrative or related positions
  • You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English and/or German
  • You have high service orientation and a friendly demeanor
  • You have excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers
  • Previous experience with SAP desired but not a must
