Job Description:

  • You will be a valuable support for international sales departments
  • You will be contacting customers and consulting them the best solutions
  • You will be answering questions about products and processing orders
  • You will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • You will be working closely with the Key Account Manager on proposals, pitches for business and creating new sales leads
  • You will be maintaining and updating customer database

Your Profile

  • Proven experience working in sales/customer service role
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • You are customer-oriented type and know exactly what customers value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of German and English
