Project Manager

In this role, you will be focused on Systems Integration and will be developing both technical and non technical plans, as well as managing them all the way through. You will be working with B2B clients to onboard them, consult, educate, and help to solve their CRM needs.

Tasks

• Systems integration
• Create project plans to fit the customers needs and budget
• Find what type of technology and systems the customer has, and what they need
• Manage the project budget throughout the process
• Onboard customers to their new CRM
• Facilitate customer meetings
• Manage the full cycle of each project, ensuring timeliness, budget, and efficiency
• Conduct project management meetings following the SPAT method
• Resolve any project roadblocks, internal or from clients such as login details, missing guidelines, etc.
• Measure project performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Communicate and manage project risks
• Work with Resource Managers to ensure deliverables or delivered on time

Your Profile

• Project management experience, 3-4 years
• Experience and in depth knowledge of Hubspot, or similar CRM
• Experience in systems integration
• Knowledge of the marketing industry
• Knowledgeable and proficient in project management methodologies
• Experience with IT/website projects
• Fluent German and English
