We have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with additional language skills to join our fantastic Sales and Marketing team to focus on recruiting for multilingual professionals for Sales and Marketing positions across an exciting range of industries and locations.



This is a 360 recruitment role suited to candidates who love the excitement of business development and winning new client relationships.

The role:

In this role you will work alongside a team of Consultants and Director who have plenty of experience in this area to guide you to success. You will be responsible for both candidate attraction and business development within the multilingual recruitment space.

Our clients include the fastest growing start ups and SME's to your well known industry names.


Main responsibilities will include yet will not be limited to:

* Source job leads and convert into workable jobs via cold approaches, business development, client facing meetings and sales pitches
* Present and negotiate our terms to clients
* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across a range of businesses in identified key markets areas to understand their current and ongoing recruitment requirements
* Build and represent a consistent candidate pipeline- identify, target and qualify potential candidates
* Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include offer negotiation and counter offer counselling
* Deliver effective after care to candidates and clients
* Plan a strategy to build your desk and work towards promotion using this information

Who we are looking for:
* You must have fluency in English plus advanced to fluent skills in another European language
* Minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience
* Proven ability and tenacity to develop new and existing business
* Good IT skills
