Inside Sales Specialist Swedish/Danish

A successful, global Clinical Research Organisation leading the way in Clinical trials services and consultancy across Europe is looking for a SWEDISH AND/OR DANISH Speaking Inside Sales Specialist to be part of their incredible growth.

With 10 Offices in the EMEA (Italy, France, Germany, Sweden, UK, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium), they are consolidating their position as one of the leaders in the market and offer flexibility on the location of work, with full remote potential.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will help develop their network in the Biotechnology industry in the Nordic countries. The only thing you will need is a laptop, a phone and a strong determination to reach out to the right points of contact, charm them and interest them in their products and services.

Responsibilities:
*Identify and qualify prospects through cold-calling and by following up on inbound enquiries.
*Arrange meeting for the seniors sales and stay on top of the sales process until the deal is closed
*Develop a large network in the biotechnology industry and nurture long-term relationships
*Do market research and stay informed about the new clinical trends

Qualifications:
*!!!! SWEDISH AND/OR DANISH language skills with excellent fluency, fluent English required !!!!
*Experience in Sales, Market Research or Phone based roles
*Strong resiliency and not afraid to pick up the phone and overcome rejections. Lots of cold calling might be required
*Excellent communication and manners, likable personality
*Ideally a background in science or life science but not mandatory

Location remote in one of those countries: Italy, France, Germany, Sweden, UK, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium
Salary: From 20'000-40'000 (Pounds or Euro)
Start date: ASAP

Life Highlights: I was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, a small yet international and busy city. I went on studying Economics and Management which led me to an accounting opportunity. Although it was an enriching experience, it unfortunately lacked the warmth of human interaction.

All my following roles allowed me to work more closely to people, even pushing me to relocate to London, thus giving me the chance to broaden my horizons and meet hundreds of fascinating characters.

It motivated me to embrace this new career path in IT recruitment, a role that combines both a fast-paced and challenging environment and fruitful encounters with people from all cultures and ways of thinking.

Outside of work: In my spare time, there’s four things I love to do: going out in London and socialising with friends and new people; reading a book, may it be classical literature or self-development; playing a game or two (or three) of Badminton or Ping-Pong; playing the ukulele (I started not too long ago so don’t bother asking me to play for you yet).

Fun fact: Don’t try to guess my ethnicity or my age, it is not worth the effort!

If I was a famous person: I would like to be Bruce Lee. Why? His physical and mental strength, his wisdom in exploring life philosophy, his creativity in bringing all martial arts he learned into one of his own and his polyvalence in his career (actor, film director, athlete, author and more) are in my opinion to be taken as an example.
