We're currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing holiday company, based in London, who are looking for a German-speaking Customer service advisor to work on a hybrid basis, starting in MAY 2023.

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to trips by phone or email; liaising with local companies; pre-departure help concerning visas etc, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
