Customer Success Manager - French - £40K-£60K benefits - Richmond, South West London. Are you looking to join a successful leading SaaS Software company based in Richmond as part of their Customer Success team for France? This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates bilingual in French/English and with previous experience in Customer Success/Account Management or Sales. Unique DACH market sales opportunity with a disruptor turned market leading champion of high end business travel solutions, who count some of the biggest names in sport, business and entertainment as ambassadors and customers. If you're focused on success and progression and speak German and English fluently, get in touch to discuss. The mission here is to establish rapport and build relationships that lead to sales opportunities; you'll be aiming to book qualified meetings and work with your VP of Sales to get new customers signed up. To do this you will research the market, identify potential customers, develop and follow up direct marketing campaigns and use the phone, Zoom, Teams etc. to deliver against targets. Rewards then follow; the basic here is £30k but total annual earnings are likely to be between £40k and £45k year 1, £50k year 2 and year 3 the sky's the limit (but not capped).
