About the role: Once potential clients acknowledge the need for protecting their intellectual property & data and make a great decision to speak to the sales team of the business, your technical expertise will be needed to drive the sales process forward. You will be answering clients' technical questions, evaluating their needs, systems compatibility and supporting the sales team in their demos and presentations, as well as supporting clients with the initial stages of the implementation process. In short, your role in the full sales cycle will be instrumental. From discovery, through opportunity evaluation, proof of concept, all the way to opportunity closure. You will be a key member of staff, working closely with Sales, R&D and Technical teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of the solution offered to the clients. Sounds fun, right?
