Senior Auditor - German speaking Euro London Appointments are working with a trusted accountancy and business advisory firm who are looking for an experienced and qualified Auditor who can speak German and English fluently. You will be part of an international team of Auditors supporting their International Institutions and Donor Assurance team. This role will be working in-house and with visits to clients' offices, so international travel will be required for 50% of the year. Responsibilities *Liaising with the CEO and Financial Director to prioritise company IT initiatives. *Working closely with 3rd party suppliers. *Formalising the functional and technical requirements of the business according to business and technical needs, this will involve developing initial Business Analysis skills and include requirements definition. *Responding to and solving our client's online platform errors , supporting approximately 30 end-users in London and the UK. *Collaborating with the Financial Director to determine the IT budget. *Supporting the business in creating specific reports or issuing policies in error. *Understanding the needs of the business to create new automated products for their online platform. *Carrying out maintenance tasks relating to the platforms' integration. *Developing tools to facilitate business tasks. *Keeping the main IT registry ( VPN, mobile phones, laptops) updated. *Keeping IT procedures updated. *First point of contact for end-user IT issues. *General systems maintenance and support. *Awareness of IT security especially relating to GDPR is useful. Skills and experience required *Active Directory. *MS Office 365 Administration. *Mimecast knowledge is beneficial. *Advanced knowledge of Excel. *Any IT /software testing /pentesting experience is beneficial. *Basic MS Outlook systems administration experience. *Basic MS Office Systems Administration Experience. *Any exposure to the Insurance or wider Financial Services Market would be beneficial.
