I am currently recruiting for a 'Conference Coordinator' position for a great company that runs market leading business exhibitions and events in London, Paris, Berlin, New York, Hong Kong ,Singapore, Las Vegas, Austin, Frankfurt, Orlando, Washington DC, Chicago, Koln, Reno, and Birmingham!
This is a great opportunity for German Speakers with strong Customer Service and Administrative skills!
This position will provide administrative support and act as the conduit between Show Directors, Producers and Conference Speakers.
The right candidate will have:
*Fluent in German and English - written and verbal.
*Clear and effective communication skills - written and verbal.
*Outstanding customer service skills.
*Experience working within fast paced environments.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
*Strong administrative skills.
*Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
*Experience managing budgets with strong numeracy skills.
*Experience working with large scale, technical floor plans (desirable).
*Experience effectively managing stakeholders.
*Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. CRM systems, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
